Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) de la comptabilité immobilière prêt(e) à franchir une nouvelle étape, en travaillant sur un portefeuille commercial. Vous excellez dans le respect des délais et la production de rapports financiers solides pour les propriétés qui vous sont assignées. Vous identifiez les problèmes, fournissez des analyses approfondies dans les rapports mensuels et recherchez constamment des opportunités d'amélioration des processus. Vous aimez également partager vos connaissances et participez à la formation des nouveaux comptables. Dans ce rôle : Produire avec succès les rapports mensuels et assister votre gestionnaire comptable dans les processus d’audit Coordonner efficacement l’intégration de nouvelles propriétés dans le flux de travail comptable Ce que vous apporterez : Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité immobilière dans le secteur de l’immobilier commercial Capacité et expérience à respecter des échéances financières Solides compétences en Excel Compétences et expériences supplémentaires (atouts) : Formation postsecondaire en comptabilité Titre CPA obtenu ou en cours d’obtention Excellentes compétences en communication Connaissance pratique du logiciel Yardi #LI-KR1 #Hybride This position is for a Senior Property Accountant role based out of our Montreal offices. About the role We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our existing team. You are a professional property accountant ready to take the next step, working with a commercial portfolio. You thrive with working within deadlines and providing strong financial reporting for your assigned properties. You identify issues, provide strong analysis on monthly reports and continually seek opportunities for process improvements. You also embrace sharing your knowledge and participate in training for new accountants.
